The foundation of any armour is the Belt. The foundation of any conversation should be Truth.
Onto the belt the rest of the armour is anchored and held together. It is the truth of what we’re speaking that makes it so powerful, that holds our audience’s attention.
Familiarise yourself with the truth by studying God’s word, the bible, and you will know when you are being deceived.
“If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” – Jesus – John 8:31-32
